"Picture changes were delivered Friday evening. The re-synced Pro-tools sessions (stems with 'fix-ups') were due in theatre on Monday for mixing to preview on Tuesday morning. Often, the picture changes would be very complex. Virtual Katy took away the unknown by automating the re-sync process for us, allowing us to be working on the 'fix-ups' within minutes. The massive amount of time that was once spent slogging away on the basic updating was then used to produce a more creative updated soundtrack. Virtual Katy put an element of control back into our lives that was fast slipping away."
